Tell me about the most terrifying experience you’ve ever been through. Is it related to your fears, or was it simply terrifying on its own?

Adriwyn took in a deep breath, and slowly released it, blowing at her bangs, as she took a pensive pose on the nearest chair. ‘That’s… hmm. The most terrifying… I’m trying to think of things, and a lot of things happened that really terrified me at the time… but my memories have… dulled, I guess. My second adoptive family, when my new father decided that a cat-o’-nine-tails and a literal bloody mess of a girl’s back was the right punishment for not knowing what a spanner was… that probably was the worst at the time. I mostly only remember it like it happened to someone else, though, and I haven’t noticed it showing up in my nightmares or anything for a long time.’ She shrugs, sighing again as she ponders a bit more.

‘Probably, the time I got kidnapped out of Lyssa’s shrine in the Reach and held for ransom… at least that still pops up in my nightmares….’

I’d bet five galleons that George Weasley asked McGonagall out to the Yule Ball on a dare.

I bet that Fred popped up before she could reply and acted betrayed (“YOU KNOW HOW I FEEL, HOW COULD YOU?) and they proceed to have a fake fight over who gets to take her to the ball.

Meanwhile McGonagall is trying to be stern and not laugh because it reminds of when Sirius tried to ask Dumbledore out and had almost the exact same fight with James
